Market Changes
The real estate industry has seen a hug amount of changes over the last 30 years. From double digit interest rates to single digit interest rates. The technology for marketing homes to buyers has also certainly changed who would have thought you would be shopping for a home on your phone or doing a live video walkthrough with a buyer that can’t make the trip to visit the home in person! Likewise, sellers too have seen many changes no more taking rolls of film to be developed only to find out none of the pictures turned out, cameras on poles, cameras spinning around taking 3D pics & drones flying overhead. We love & embrace how this has helped the public & real estate brokers along the way make things easier for everyone. Certainly, costlier but way more convenient.
